Position Overview

Lead Acrylic Bath Installer

The Lead Installer is responsible for managing and completing bath and shower installations from start to finish while ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Installer Helper

The Installer Helper assists the Lead Installer with demolition, material preparation, installation, cleanup, and other duties while learning the trade in a fast-paced remodeling environment.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems according to company standards
• Assist with demolition and preparation of bathroom remodeling projects
• Perform carpentry, trim carpentry, and general construction tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process
• Educate homeowners on product care and maintenance
• Complete project paperwork and submit job photos
• Load, unload, and maintain tools, materials, and installation vehicles

Qualifications

Lead Installer

• 2+ years of bath remodeling, carpentry, trim carpentry, or residential renovation experience
• Ability to complete installations independently
• Experience using power tools and measuring equipment
• Basic plumbing experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Installer Helper

• Construction, remodeling, general labor, or handyman experience is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
