As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have expressed interest in our products and services. Using our proven sales process and cutting-edge technology, you will design customized bath remodeling solutions and help customers bring their vision to life.

What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations
• Build rapport and identify customer needs
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions using company-provided technology
• Present pricing and financing options
• Close sales and achieve monthly performance goals
• Attend ongoing sales training and development meetings
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective customers

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred
• Home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, or related sales experience is a plus
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Exceptional closing and negotiation skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
