About the Role:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting pre-qualified homeowners in their homes and presenting solutions that fit their vision. This role is ideal for candidates with proven in-home sales experience and a strong track record of closing deals. You’ll use cutting-edge technology to design and sell high-quality bath and home improvement products.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system

• Deliver pricing and close sales consistently on every appointment

• Participate in weekly sales training to sharpen your closing and presentation skills

• Design customized solutions for homeowners using our intuitive software

• Build relationships while driving results in a competitive, performance-based environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in in-home sales (roofing, windows, bath, or similar industries)

• Track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

• Confidence and poise in presentations and public speaking

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented

• Independent worker who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

• Outgoing, articulate, and personable personality

This is a 1099, commission-only position with unlimited earning potential. Your income is determined by your performance and experience,  ideal for a motivated closer who wants a flexible schedule and high earning potential.
