Event Specialist Needed!

We are seeking highly motivated, driven, and goal-oriented individuals to become part of our Retail & Event marketing team! Previous sales and retail experience is a bonus, but not necessary. If you are good with people, energetic, and have a positive attitude then we will teach you the necessary tools and skill sets to succeed and make more money than you thought possible.

Our Brand Representatives generate leads through running events and shows. This is a job for top-notch communicators who are just as good at listening as they are at talking.

What you will be doing:

• NO SALES, just setting appointments for the Sales Team.
• Travel to and from your residence to retail location and events and shows within our Louisville/Lexington territory.
• Understand our products and services to educate homeowners.
• Approaching homeowners and speaking with them about their windows, baths, & doors.

• Professional, outgoing, customer service oriented, and a strong work ethic.
• Willing to work independently, while being a part of a great team.
• Assertive, self-motivated, and results orientated.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or other related fields is a PLUS, but not necessary!
• Positive attitude through rejection!

Must be:

• Comfortable working weekends and evening shifts (40-hour work week)
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Have Reliable Transportation
• A High School Graduate or Equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
