About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll be the face of DayBrook Kitchen & Bath, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and guiding them through the remodeling process. You'll use industry-leading technology to design customized solutions, present product options, and help customers make confident decisions about their home improvement projects.

This is a full-time, commission-based outside sales position with uncapped earning potential. Qualified representatives can realistically earn between $150,000 and $250,000+ annually.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales platform.
  • Meet with company-provided, pre-qualified leads—no cold calling required.
  • Design customized kitchen and bath remodeling solutions using our user-friendly software.
  • Present product recommendations, pricing, financing options, and project details.
  • Build trust and rapport with homeowners throughout the sales process.
  • Consistently close sales and achieve individual performance goals.
  • Participate in weekly sales training and coaching sessions to continuously develop skills and product knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up communications.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in remodeling, construction, home improvement, or related industries is a plus.
  • Comfortable delivering presentations and speaking confidently with homeowners.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
  • Professional, outgoing personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Baltimore market.
  • Valid driver's license and local residency preferred.
