Integrity Construction & Windows Inc. is seeking experienced Acrylic Bath Installation Subcontractors to partner with us on residential bath remodeling projects. Scope of Work

As an independent subcontractor, you will provide professional acrylic bath installation services for Integrity Construction & Windows Inc. Projects are assigned on a per-job basis, and subcontractors retain control over how the work is performed, provided it meets agreed-upon quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete acrylic bath installations efficiently and professionally

• Perform carpentry, trim carpentry, and related remodeling tasks

• Follow manufacturer and project specifications

• Maintain a clean, safe job site and respect customer property

• Communicate professionally with customers during installation

• Educate customers on care and maintenance of installed products

• Submit required documentation and job photos upon completion

• Provide and maintain your own tools, equipment, and vehicle

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional bath or remodeling installation experience

• Ability to take accurate measurements and perform layout work

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Own tools required to complete installations

• General liability insurance (and workers’ comp if applicable)

• Basic plumbing knowledge preferred

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs

Compensation

• Paid per completed job (project-based pricing)

• No taxes withheld (1099 contractor relationship)
