We’re seeking a motivated, experienced in-home sales professional with a background in bath remodeling. Experience with BCI Acrylic Bath Systems, Re-Bath, West Shore Home, Jacuzzi Bath Remodel, or similar acrylic bath systems is strongly preferred.

About the Position

As an In-Home Bath Remodeling Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present customized, high-quality bath solutions. This is an outside sales role that combines relationship-building, modern design technology, and consultative selling. You’ll travel locally throughout the Phoenix Valley to conduct in-home appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, professional sales presentations using an iPad

• Attend weekly sales training to continually refine your skills

• Design customized bathroom solutions using user-friendly software

• Prepare accurate quotes and confidently close sales

Qualifications

• Proven experience in in-home bathroom and/or remodeling sales

• Strong communication, organization, and people skills

• Reliable transportation and local to the Phoenix Valley

• Confident, polished presenter comfortable working in homeowners’ spaces

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven

• Thrives independently in a fast-paced sales environment

• Outgoing personality with a natural ability to build rapport
