Sales Manager – In-Home Sales Team

Blissful Baths is expanding rapidly, and with strong, consistent lead flow, we’re looking to bring on a driven and experienced Selling Sales Manager to join our team. We specialize in premium bathroom remodeling, backed by high-quality products and expert installations.

Position Overview:
As a Selling Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue by leading, developing, and motivating a high-performing team of In-Home Sales Representatives. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends coaching, sales strategy, and direct selling.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and review appointments set by the Inside Sales Team

• Join sales reps on in-home visits to provide training and support

• Assist with in-home calls and help close sales as needed

• Monitor team performance and implement strategies to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

• Conduct cancel-save appointments to retain potential business

• Collaborate with the Rehash Manager to revisit and close outstanding leads

• Organize and lead regular sales training sessions

• Set clear sales expectations aligned with company objectives

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of successful in-home sales experience, ideally within the 1-Day Bathroom Remodeling industry

• Minimum of 2 years in a sales management or team leadership role

• Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a sales team

• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with technology, including iPad presentations and digital contract tools
