Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled in-home consultations with prospective customers.
• Assess homeowners' remodeling needs and recommend customized bath remodeling solutions.
• Present products, pricing, and financing options.
• Close sales during in-home appointments.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Accurately maintain customer information, appointments, and sales activity.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals.

Qualifications

• Previous in-home or outside sales experience required.
• Home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong closing ability and a results-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
