Show & Events Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic and organized Show & Events Coordinator to lead our presence at home shows, expos, and community events in the Baltimore area. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on planning, coordinating, and engaging with the public to generate meaningful leads and elevate brand visibility.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and secure local events and home shows to maximize exposure

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with event organizers

  • Build and manage an annual calendar of shows and events

  • Recruit, train, and schedule event demonstrators for optimal coverage

  • Oversee booth setup, displays, and teardown to ensure a professional presentation

  • Engage with event attendees to schedule in-home consultations

  • Collect contest entries and follow up to convert leads into appointments

  • Track and report on event performance, providing insights to improve results
