About the Role
As an In-Home Design Consultant, you will serve as the face of the company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting customized bath remodeling solutions. This role focuses on designing, presenting, and selling high-quality bath systems directly in the customer’s home while operating as an independent contractor.

About the Role
As an In-Home Design Consultant, you will serve as the face of the company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting customized bath remodeling solutions. This role focuses on designing, presenting, and selling high-quality bath systems directly in the customer’s home while operating as an independent contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners
- Build and present customized bath designs using company tools
- Provide pricing and confidently close sales during appointments
- Participate in ongoing training to continually improve performance
- Maintain accurate records and manage follow-up with prospects
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Prior in-home or home improvement sales experience strongly preferred
- Background in remodeling or construction sales is a plus
- Reliable transportation and local Portland-area residency required
- Confident presenter with strong public speaking ability
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills
- Commission-based position with unlimited earning potential
