Campaign Operations Specialist (GoHighLevel Experience Required)
Full-Time | Permanent | Remote
Starting Pay: $5/hour during onboarding → Growth opportunity to $8/hour + bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Pacific Time Hours

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working inside GoHighLevel, building campaigns, improving systems, and helping drive real business growth.
About the Role
This is a hands-on remote role focused on campaign execution, lead follow-up, and marketing operations.
You’ll work directly inside GoHighLevel helping build and manage:
- SMS campaigns
- Email campaigns
- Follow-up workflows
- Lead reactivation campaigns
- Pipeline automation
- Appointment generation systems
This role is ideal for someone who:

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and manage campaigns inside GoHighLevel
- Send SMS and email campaigns
- Reactivate old and inactive leads
- Monitor campaign performance and appointment flow
- Update pipelines, workflows, and automations
- Support lead follow-up and outreach efforts
- Help improve conversion and response rates
- Work closely with leadership on campaign strategy and reporting
Requirements
Required:
- Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Comfortable working with pipelines, workflows, automations, and campaigns
- Strong English communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
Preferred:
- Experience with SMS/email marketing campaigns
- Experience with lead generation or appointment setting
- Operations, CRM, or campaign coordination experience
- Experience working remotely for U.S.-based companies
