In-Home Sales Representative – Bathroom Remodeling
Foundry Home Solutions is a local, family-owned bathroom remodeling company based in Elk River, Minnesota. We're growing and looking for an outgoing, motivated In-Home Sales Representative to join our team.
Our sales representatives meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations, learn about their remodeling goals, and help them find the right solution for their home.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations
- Build rapport and understand each homeowner's needs and goals
- Present our bathroom remodeling products, designs, and options
- Take measurements and prepare project estimates
- Explain project details, pricing, promotions, and available financing
- Provide a professional and comfortable customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer and appointment information
- Represent Foundry Home Solutions professionally in customers' homes
What We're Looking For:
- Previous sales experience preferred
- In-home or home improvement sales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Confident, motivated, and dependable
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and traveling to customer homes
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for daytime, evening, and Saturday appointments
