Pay & Compensation
- Base Salary + Commission Structure
- Estimated Total Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000+ annually
- Uncapped commission potential
Note: Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary plus performance-based commissions.
About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners and present customized bath remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales role that leverages technology to design and deliver high-quality proposals directly in customers’ homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home presentations using an iPad-based sales system
- Design personalized bath solutions using company software
- Provide accurate pricing and close sales consistently
- Participate in ongoing weekly sales training
Qualifications
- Required: Previous in-home or outside sales experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience in home remodeling or home improvement sales is a plus
- Comfortable presenting and closing in a customer-facing environment
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven
- Reliable transportation and local residency required
