Experienced Bathroom Installer — Steady Year-Round Work
California Bathrooms is hiring 2 experienced Bathroom Installers who can step in and begin producing immediately.
We are an established San Diego bathroom remodeling company completing hundreds of projects each year, with an average project value of more than $19,000.
We currently have a strong backlog of sold jobs and need experienced installers now.
This is not seasonal work and it is not a turn-and-burn remodeling company. We invest heavily in marketing and sales to keep our installation calendar full, while our production team handles scheduling, materials, job preparation and customer coordination so our installers can focus on installing.
What You'll Be Installing
Our projects primarily include:
Tub-to-shower conversions
Shower replacements
Bathtub replacements
Shower pans and bases
Waterproof wall systems
Wall panels and solid-surface surrounds
Plumbing fixtures and valves
Shower doors
Grab bars, seats, niches and accessories
Light carpentry and bathroom repair work
Many of our wet-area projects are designed to be completed in 1–2 days by an experienced crew.
Who We're Looking For
We're specifically looking for experienced tradespeople who can work professionally inside occupied homes.
You should have experience in bathroom remodeling or several of the following trades:
Bathroom remodeling
Carpentry
Plumbing
Shower and tub installation
Waterproofing
Finish work
You must be able to:
Produce clean, professional installations
Follow manufacturer installation specifications
Work efficiently without sacrificing quality
Protect the customer's home
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Communicate professionally with homeowners
Work reliably and show up when scheduled
Take pride in the finished product

Compensation
$28-50 per hour / applicable production incentive structure
Compensation depends on demonstrated bathroom remodeling experience and ability to independently complete installations.

This is a field position working primarily inside customers' homes.
