About the Role

As an In-Home Design Consultant, you'll meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments to help them find the best bath remodeling solutions for their home. Using our proprietary sales technology, you'll design customized projects, present solutions, and guide customers through the purchasing process.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, self-motivated sales professional who enjoys working directly with customers and wants to earn a high income based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during company-provided appointments
• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions using our sales platform
• Present product options and pricing
• Build rapport and provide an exceptional customer experience
• Close sales and achieve performance goals
• Attend weekly sales and product training sessions

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience preferred
• Home improvement, remodeling, or in-home sales experience is a plus
• Professional presentation and closing skills
• Reliable transportation
• Goal-oriented and highly motivated
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
• Comfortable using technology and mobile sales tools
