Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-site)
- Saturdays: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Remote – phone support only)
Hobbs Home Improvements is growing at an impressive pace and is looking for a dependable, full-time Office Administrator to keep our operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills. You’ll be the go-to person in the office and play a key role in customer service and job coordination.
- Manage day-to-day administrative duties
- Be on-site at our office to accept and manage deliveries
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
- Field and track new project leads
- Organize and maintain job records and documentation
- Keep the office tidy and organized
- Input job information into Google Drive and other systems
- Future duties will include learning to use our CRM software (training provided), and assisting with ordering materials and supplies
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
- Strong computer skills and comfort with technology(Must be tech savvy)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to undergo a drug and background check
- Must be willing to be on-call remotely on Saturdays from 2-5pm to answer inbound phone calls from potential customers
- Previous office administration or customer service experience is a plus
- Experience in construction industry is preferred
