Poulin Design Center has been a family-owned home remodeling company for over 40 years! We are seeking a Marketplace Home: Décor, Coffee, and Tea Event Coordinator who embodies our company culture, demonstrates innovation and integrity, and will help us uphold our reputation for exceptional customer service and quality work.
Marketplace Event Coordinator Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency; 1-3+ years of event coordination, sales, and visual merchandising experience; current Food Handler’s Permit upon hire, require
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Square POS, and various applications; knowledge of our brands, preferred
  • A passion for teamwork and building community
  • Strong interpersonal communication, organization, and time management skill
  • Excellent problem-solving ability, sound judgment, and adaptability
Marketplace Event Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Attend goal-setting meetings with management, marketing, and event teams
  • Plan, execute, and represent our brands at on-site and off-site events and provide reports on ROI and KPI metrics
  • Train and lead the team of Baristas and Associates in sales goals and accountability
  • Ensure that the Marketplace is open and operating during scheduled shifts, including:  - Selling merchandise on the floor - Receiving, tagging, and merchandising inventory - Packaging retail products for Coffee and Tea - Executing quarterly display updates - Supporting annual inventory counts
Pay: $18.00-$22.00/hr. non-exempt plus tips and bonuses.

Schedule:
  • Full-time, 32-40 hours per week, (on-site)
  • .5-1-hour unpaid meal break, non-exempt
  • Rotating schedule: - Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm - Saturday: 7:30am-3:30pm.
