HomeView of West Des Moines is looking for a Call Center Representative to join our winning team. Join a group of professionals, earn competitive income, and make a positive impact by helping homeowners improve their homes.
General Purpose
Strong customer service skills are a must. You will contact homeowners by phone, set up qualified appointments for free consultations, input lead information, update reports, and handle inbound calls from advertisements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver scripted pitches to homeowners
- Adjust messaging based on customer needs
- Handle questions and overcome objections
- Collect and verify homeowner information (name, address, phone, etc.)
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Input and manage appointment details in the system
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and leads
- Coordinate appointments for sales representatives
- Conduct quality control calls
- Answer inbound calls from marketing campaigns
- Follow up with homeowners after initial contact
- Update lead reports and tracking systems
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, marketing, or call center roles preferred
- Understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate CRM systems
- Product knowledge will be provided through training
