We complete hundreds of bathroom remodels every year and our average project is over $18k. Because we invest heavily in marketing and sales, our installers stay busy year-round with steady work.
We have a strong backlog of jobs and are booking installs weeks out. We enjoy a great reputation in the market and focus on quality craftsmanship and customer experience. We are a family owned company so there is no red tape and a real opportunity to grow with the company. This is not a turn-and-burn operation.

Qualifications Include
- Experience in bathroom remodeling, carpentry, plumbing or related trades
- Ability to install showers, tubs, wall panels, and basic bathroom fixtures
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Must be dependable and professional in customers’ homes
- Must be able to complete installations in 1–2 days
- Must maintain clean and organized job sites
- Consistent year-round installation work
- Extensive product and installation training
- Opportunity to install 125–250 bathrooms per year
- Professional systems and support from project managers and warehouse staff
- Company that invests heavily in marketing and sales so installers stay busy
- Opportunities to grow into lead installer or project management roles
