Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Customer Scheduling
Data entry
Knowledge of quick books
Handle homeowner's questions and objections
Customer service
Scheduling appointments over the telephone
Input appointment details into the computer system
Issue appointments for reps to meet prospective homeowners
Breakdown of all jobs p&L
Update lead information and maintaining reports
Education and Experience:
Product knowledge --Training provided
Proficiency in relevant computer applications
