Event Appointment Setter – Total Remodeling and Repair
Location: West Springfield, MA

Are you outgoing, enthusiastic, and love interacting with people at events? Total Remodeling and Repair is looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to represent our company at local fairs, festivals, and other community events. This role is all about engaging with homeowners, promoting our remodeling services, and setting appointments for our sales team.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Prior experience in event marketing, customer engagement, or sales
✔ Strong communication skills and a passion for connecting with people
✔ Friendly, energetic, and self-motivated with a drive to succeed
✔ Comfortable standing for extended periods at events
✔ Available to work weekends and evenings as needed

Key Responsibilities:
• Attend local fairs, festivals, and other community events to promote our services
• Engage with potential customers, educate them about our products, and set qualified appointments
• Distribute flyers, hand out promotional materials, and gather customer information
• Represent Total Remodeling and Repair professionally and enthusiastically at all events
• Track appointments and report back on event performance
