Marketing Manager

1HundredXRoofing is a quickly-growing brand in the roofing and bath remodeling industry. We are looking for high-quality people to join our winning team. 

We are currently hiring an experienced Marketing Manager in the Edmond, OK market.


Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead and build our Shows & Events Team as well as manage and support our Call Center Team. This role requires a high-energy, go-getter leader who can motivate teams, execute effective marketing strategies, and grow our event presence. Because our work often involves engaging with homeowners and coordinating home improvement projects, residential construction experience is required. Additionally, candidates must be able to thrive in and contribute positively to our company culture rooted in Christian values.


Key Responsibilities

Shows & Events Team Leadership

  • Research, identify, and secure Events and Shows within the assigned territory

  • Negotiate contracts with event vendors

  • Build and manage an annual calendar of Events and Shows

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop Event Demonstrators

  • Schedule Demonstrators for events

  • Oversee booth and display set-up and tear-down

  • Set appointments for Free In-Home Consultations

  • Collect contest entries and follow up to schedule appointments

  • Track, measure, and report event performance

Call Center Team Management

  • Lead and support the Call Center team to ensure strong appointment-setting performance

  • Train, coach, and motivate team members

  • Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve results

  • Coordinate with leadership to align call center initiatives with marketing goals

Marketing Operations

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive consistent lead flow

  • Oversee campaign performance and adjust tactics as needed

  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing activities


Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, events, call center leadership, or related management role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive, outgoing personality

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills

  • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate others

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs

  • Must be available to work weekends when required
