About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering innovative solutions tailored to their vision. This outside sales position involves using advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
- Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continually improve your skills
- Use easy-to-navigate software to create personalized bath designs
- Provide pricing and consistently close sales
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience in in-home or outside sales is highly valued
- Background in home remodeling is a strong plus
- Reliable transportation and local residency required
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Outgoing and professional personality
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Your income is determined by your performance and experience.
