Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000+ annually (Base Salary + Performance Bonuses)
Blissful Baths is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead our bathroom remodeling installation team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential construction, remodeling, or home improvement management and excels at scheduling, quality control, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage installation crews and subcontractors
• Schedule projects and ensure timely completion
• Conduct quality inspections
• Resolve installation and customer concerns
• Recruit and develop installers
• Drive production goals and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of construction or remodeling management experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
