Job Overview We are seeking energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors / Event Promoters for our Minneapolis / St. Paul and surrounding markets to join our winning team. Customer service experience is a plus, as you will be interacting with event attendees, promoting our products, and securing qualified sales appointments for our team. This role offers hourly pay plus bonuses based on quality appointments set. Essential Duties
Attract visitors and staff booths at shows and events
Promote products and provide basic overviews to attendees
Book in-home consultation appointments
Maintain a professional appearance throughout events
Ensure cleanliness and organization of booth setup
Engage passersby and draw them into the booth
Explain product features and benefits clearly
Secure entry forms and generate leads
Collect and submit daily leads to the Event Coordinator
