This is a 100% remote, U.S. hours coordination role managing active remodeling projects from scheduling through completion. You will serve as the operational hub between homeowners, installation crews, sales, and internal teams to ensure projects remain on track and customers are informed at every stage. This role is specifically suited for candidates who have:
Worked remotely in a U.S. construction, remodeling, or home services environment
Coordinated projects, schedules, or field operations for U.S.-based companies from a remote/home office setting
Supported U.S. clients, contractors, or homeowners in a remote capacity (not just U.S. client exposure in a BPO/call center)
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate active kitchen, bath, and flooring remodeling projects across multiple job sites
Schedule installation appointments, inspections, and project milestones in U.S. time zones (Pacific preferred)
Serve as primary remote point of contact for homeowners regarding project updates, timelines, and expectations
Dispatch and coordinate with installation teams, sales reps, and internal operations staff
Maintain accurate project documentation, job files, and CRM records
Monitor project progress, flag delays, and aggressively follow up on pending items
Track payments, permits, and financing documentation through closing
Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and operational issues in real time
Required Qualifications
Must-Have Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years working remotely for a U.S.-based company in construction, remodeling, home services, or a closely related field (e.g., roofing, HVAC, flooring, general contracting)
Hands-on experience with project coordination, scheduling, or operations support (not purely administrative or data entry)
Proven track record of managing U.S. client communication and field team coordination from a remote setting
Required Skills:
Fluent English (written and verbal) with professional U.S. business communication standards
Proficiency with U.S. construction/operations tools (e.g., BuilderTrend, CoConstruct, JobNimbus, ServiceTitan, or similar project management platforms)
Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
Detail-oriented with relentless follow-up skills
Self-directed and comfortable working independently across U.S. time zones
