Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific time
This role follows a full-time schedule and requires availability during Pacific Standard Time business hours. Flexibility may be required based on project timelines, customer needs, and installation schedules.

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to help manage and coordinate remodeling projects from start to finish.
In this role, you will serve as one of the key points of contact between clients, installation teams, sales representatives, and internal departments to ensure projects move smoothly, timelines are met, and customers receive an excellent experience throughout their remodeling journey.

You will receive training and ongoing support and initially work closely with leadership to ensure successful onboarding and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate kitchen, bath, and flooring remodeling projects from beginning to completion
Serve as the main point of contact and introduce yourself to clients as the Project Coordinator/Project Lead
Schedule installation appointments with homeowners and installation teams
Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding project updates, timelines, and expectations
Order products and materials related to each remodeling project
Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
Facilitate financing applications and required documentation
Collect payments related to the project and submit them to the office accurately and on time
Work closely with Sales, Installations, and Operations teams to ensure project success
Proactively identify and resolve potential project issues before escalation
Ensure a positive client experience that drives customer satisfaction, reviews, referrals, and repeat business
Maintain organized workflows and timely follow-ups with customers and internal teams

Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Background in construction, kitchen and bath remodeling, dispatch, logistics, or project coordination is a PLUS.
Working in Architecture, Interior Design and project management industry is an ADVANTAGE.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple projects
Strong customer service and people skills
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively
