Sales Manager – In-Home Sales

Position Overview:
As our In-Home Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving revenue by leading, mentoring, and growing a team of high-performing In-Home Sales Representatives. You will serve as a leader, coach, motivator, and educator, helping your team succeed in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review daily appointments set by the Inside Sales Team
Conduct at least 5 ride-along sales calls per week as a training opportunity
Support reps during in-home appointments by assisting with calls and closing sales
Monitor and evaluate team performance; implement strategies to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Manage and complete "cancel-save" appointments effectively
Collaborate with the Rehash Manager to revisit opportunities and close pending sales
Lead engaging and informative training sessions on a regular basis
Clearly communicate expectations and goals to the sales team in alignment with company objectives
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of successful in-home sales experience, ideally within the 1-Day Home Improvement model
At least 2 years of experience in a sales management or team leadership role preferred
Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills
Proven ability to drive team performance and business growth
Comfortable using technology for presentations and contract management (iPad-based tools, e-signature platforms)
Compensation:
This role offers a competitive base salary + commission + override, with an annual earning potential of $250,000–$300,000.
