Paint Field Supervisor

Are you a detail-oriented leader with a strong background in field supervision and painting services? We are seeking a Paint Field Supervisor to oversee job sites, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate with teams to keep projects running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all field operations, coordinating with Area Managers and Scheduling Coordinators.
• Attend homebuilder and job-site meetings.
• Track and report job progress using the Jobber application.
• Manage job materials, ensuring proper ordering, usage, and storage.
• Conduct quality inspections from construction to project completion.
• Enforce OSHA and job site safety guidelines, ensuring the use of proper PPE.
• Schedule and oversee service personnel for tasks such as stained handrails, doors, and epoxy floor installations.
• Work directly with homeowners to inspect, approve, and ensure quality warranty work.
• Supervise siding installation, ensuring proper material management and final approvals.
• Maintain efficient time and route planning for job site visits.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in painting, construction, or a similar trade (supervisory experience preferred).
✅ Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work.
✅ Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work on-site as needed.
✅ Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
