About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering innovative solutions that fit their vision. This exciting outside sales position allows you to use cutting-edge technology to design and sell high-quality bath products.
Responsibilities
- Present our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad
- Participate in ongoing weekly sales training to continuously improve your skills
- Use intuitive software to design customized bath solutions
- Deliver pricing and consistently close sales
Qualifications / What We’re Looking For
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Prior in-home sales experience (home remodeling experience is a plus)
- Reliable transportation and local to the Fort Wayne area
- Confidence and poise in public speaking and presentations
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and disciplined approach to work
- Independent, goal-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment
- Outgoing, articulate personality that excels in social settings
