  • Construction/Remodeling Knowledge: Experience in the field is helpful, but we’ll teach you what you need to know!

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive leads and sales.
  • Manage lead sources and optimize their conversion.
  • Oversee lead generation to ensure excellent customer communication.
  • Review and manage contracts and customer projects.
  • Handle materials orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Assist the warehouse manager with material deliveries and light physical tasks.
  • Maintain our CRM system to track leads, projects, and customer communications.
  • Schedule projects efficiently to meet client deadlines.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Lead the hiring and training process for new team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Supervise the bookkeeper to ensure financial accuracy and proper accounting.
  • Generate reports to evaluate profitability, performance, and team accountability.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Operations Management
  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs of materials as needed
  • Prior experience in the kitchen and bath remodeling industry is preferred
