In a one-day-sales model, real-time lead flow is oxygen. Your mission is to build and run a nonstop calendar of home-shows, county fairs, senior expos, and pop-ups that fill our pipeline with ready-to-buy homeowners—and to prove it with tight metrics.
What you’ll own
Event discovery & booking – hunt down the highest-ROI events across MD, negotiate fees, and lock in a 12-month calendar.
Booth logistics – plan layouts, arrange freight, supervise on-site set-up/tear-down (yes, you’ll roll up your sleeves).
Talent bench – recruit, onboard, schedule, and coach brand ambassadors who capture attention—and appointments.
Lead generation – drive in-booth demos, contests, and QR opt-ins that convert to same-day in-home consultations.
Post-show follow-through – work every contest entry and warm lead until it’s on a rep’s calendar.
Score-keeping – track cost per lead, demo-to-sale rate, and marketing ROI; present results weekly.
