Responsibilities
Build a Brand Ambassador team
Train a team to represent our company in the field
Visit our job sites while work is in progress
Field any customer concerns and relay information to proper leadership team members
Explain the details of customer referral and rewards programs
Discuss future projects that customer might be considering
Take before, during and after photos of workmanship
Distribute flyers to nearby neighbors and generate new interest
Job Requirements
Marketing, Sales, or Customer Service experience is preferred
