About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the face of Pure Home—meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and delivering personalized bath solutions that match their vision. In this outside sales role, you’ll use advanced technology to design and present high-quality remodeling options, helping clients transform their spaces with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
- Participate in weekly sales training to continuously refine your skills
- Use intuitive software to create customized bath designs for homeowners
- Provide accurate pricing and close sales consistently
- Deliver a professional, consultative sales experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred; home remodeling background is a plus
- Reliable transportation and local residency required
- Confidence in public speaking and delivering polished presentations
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and disciplined mindset
- Goal-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment
- Outgoing and articulate personality with strong relationship-building skills
