Acrylic Bath Installer

Alabama Baths is seeking an experienced Bath Installer to join our team. We are looking for a skilled professional with acrylic bath installation experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Prefer a 2 man crew to accomplish our clients wet area projects.
What You'll Do
- Install acrylic bath and shower systems in residential homes and some light commercial
- Complete projects efficiently inside our process standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work closely with team members to complete installations on schedule
Requirements
- Acrylic installation experience is required
- Experience installing bath and shower remodeling products
- Strong carpentry and good plumbing skills
- Ability to lay LVP/LVT flooring and molding
- Vanity, Toilet and Fixture installation knowledge
- Use Power and Hand tools safely and effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional attitude and work ethic and customer-focused mindset
Compensation
- Commission-based compensation structure based on project scope
- Earning potential of $80,000 - $100,000 1st year
- Earnings based on project volume and production pace
