Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Outside Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a fully commission-based role ideal for self-starters who thrive on performance-based income and enjoy working directly with homeowners. You’ll be responsible for conducting in-home consultations, and closing sales.
What You’ll Do
Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and present solutions
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For
Previous sales experience preferred (home improvement, construction, or in-home sales a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
Compensation
This is a commission-only position. Top performers can earn $75,000–$150,000+ annually based on sales performance.
