About Us
Lifespan Bath Remodel is a growing, locally-owned bath and shower remodeling company based in Salt Lake City. We help homeowners transform outdated bathrooms into beautiful, functional spaces — and we're looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to help us build and lead a high-performing sales team as we scale.
The Opportunity
This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity. You'll start with a strong base salary while you learn our sales system and sell in the home yourself, then step into full management of the sales team — hiring, training, and running the day-to-day of our sales operation. Compensation is structured so your income grows directly with your team's success. Top performers in this role typically earn $65,000–$140,000+ once the team is built and producing, with no cap on upside.
What You'll Do
- Personally run in-home sales appointments and close business while building the team
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of in-home sales representatives
- Maintain and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for the team
- Run weekly/bi-weekly sales meetings (all-staff numbers review + team re-training sessions)
- Track and report key sales metrics to ownership (closing rate, demo rate, cancellation rate, self-generated leads, referrals)
- Rehash and follow up on all leads that don't close on the first appointment
- Motivate and coach sales reps, including running appointments alongside underperforming reps to correct course
- Work closely with marketing/lead generation to make sure lead flow matches team capacity
- Obtain referrals and build repeat-customer relationships
- Ensure the team follows the established sales system and presentation standards
- Help keep the showroom and sales displays organized and presentation-ready
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in in-home or direct sales (home improvement experience strongly preferred)
- Prior sales team leadership or management experience preferred — but we'll consider a top-performing senior sales rep who is ready to grow into management
- Comfortable with a "player-coach" role: selling personally while building a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Working knowledge of the construction/remodeling process a plus
- A self-starter mentality and a "whatever it takes" work ethic
- Coachable and willing to learn and run our proprietary sales training system
- Clean Driving Record and bonus points if you're comfortable driving with a trailer
Compensation & Benefits
We're a small, growing company, so we start lean on base pay — but the earning potential is real and uncapped as you build your book of business and your team.
- Base Salary: $35,000–$50,000/year to start (commensurate with experience)
- Personal Sales Commission: Competitive commission on all personally sold projects, paid out in two installments (at sale and at installation)
- Team Override: Override commission on all sales generated by your team once management responsibilities begin
- Self-Generated Lead Bonus: Additional commission on any business you personally self-generate

- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $65,000–$140,000+ as the team scales, with top-performing Sales Managers in this industry earning $140K–$199K+
Schedule
Full-time. This role requires evening and some weekend availability for in-home appointments, along with regular travel to appointments and events around Utah and the surrounding states.
