What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform complete acrylic bathroom remodel installations, including:
- Shower and tub systems
- Wall panels, fixtures, and accessories
- Apply trade skills in carpentry, trim work, and light plumbing
- Follow company installation standards to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain clean, organized, and respectful job sites in customers’ homes
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members
- Accurately complete required documentation and job photos
- Manage tools, materials, and vehicle inventory to remain job-ready
- Represent Palmetto Bath with professionalism on every installation
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in:
- Bathroom remodeling
- Carpentry, construction, or residential renovation
- Proficiency using hand and power tools and measurement equipment
- Basic plumbing experience required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a team
- Personal enclosed trailer and professional tools required
Preferred Experience (Strong Advantage)
- Acrylic bath or shower system installation
- Bathroom or kitchen remodeling
- Finish or trim carpentry
- Flooring installation
- General residential construction
- Active Georgia contractor’s license
