About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering solutions tailored to their vision. This outside sales role uses advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions to customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
- Participate in weekly sales training sessions to strengthen your skills
- Use our software to design personalized bath solutions for homeowners
- Provide pricing and close sales consistently
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience in in-home or outside sales (home improvement/remodeling is a plus)
- Reliable transportation and local residency required
- Confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Outgoing and professional personality
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Your income is directly tied to your performance and experience.
