The Role:
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, design custom bath solutions using our iPad-based system, and close sales. This is a high-impact outside sales role with strong earning potential.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad sales system
Design customized bath solutions for clients
Provide pricing and close sales consistently
Participate in weekly sales training
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and people skills
In-home sales experience preferred (home improvement a plus)
Reliable transportation and local residency required
Confident presenter with a professional approach
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Compensation:
Commission-based with unlimited earning potential
Typical earnings: $100,000 – $320,000/year
Flexible structure: 1099 or W-2 options available
