We’re expanding our installation team and looking for experienced Acrylic Bath Installers to join us.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Acrylic Bath Installer to install acrylic bath and shower systems in residential homes. The ideal candidate has prior remodeling experience, works efficiently, and takes pride in quality workmanship. This is a 1099 subcontractor position with consistent, year-round work and pre-sold projects — no sales required.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems with precision and professionalism

• Perform demolition and prep work as needed for each installation

• Follow company standards, installation procedures, and safety protocols

• Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful job site

• Communicate clearly with customers and project managers

• Complete required documentation, photos, and job reports accurately

• Keep vehicle and tools in proper working order

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in bathroom remodeling, carpentry, or home renovations

• Knowledge of plumbing connections and basic construction practices

• Must have your own reliable truck and tools

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical labor

• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills

• Personal enclosed trailer preferred (not required)
