Shoreline Baths is a family-owned bathroom remodeling company seeking a proven In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled in-home consultations with homeowners
• Identify customer needs, goals, and budget requirements
• Design and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions
• Explain product features, pricing, and financing options
• Build trust and credibility throughout the sales process
• Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale
• Accurately complete sales agreements and documentation
• Maintain customer information and follow company procedures
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
• Represent Shoreline Baths professionally and with integrity

Qualifications

• Proven success in one-call-close in-home sales
• High-ticket sales experience preferred
• Home improvement, bathroom remodeling, roofing, HVAC, windows, solar, or related sales experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong objection-handling abilities
• Comfortable discussing financing and payment options
• Ability to build rapport quickly with homeowners
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales system
• Reliable transportation
• Available for evening and Saturday appointments as needed
