Job Description:

We’re looking for a Remote Sales Manager who leads from the front not from behind a desk. If you enjoy closing deals, handling outbound calls, and pushing both yourself and your team to hit targets, this role is for you.
This is not a passive management role. You’ll be actively involved in cold calling, lead generation, and conversion, while supporting a small team to achieve consistent results. If you’re someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and focuses on outcomes, you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily cold calls and follow-ups to generate and qualify leads
• Convert leads into booked appointments and sales opportunities
• Support and guide a small sales team to meet performance targets
• Track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Assist in developing and improving sales strategies
• Build strong relationships with prospects and customers
• Generate reviews, referrals, and repeat business opportunities

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales or sales management
