Field Technician
Dalco Home Remodeling is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team. The Field Service Technician will be based out of our Bridgeton, Mo. office and is responsible for providing assessments and repairs on windows, doors, baths, roofing and siding. In addition, the ability to measure baths, windows and doors for ordering as needed.
The ideal candidate is prompt and reliable, has superior support skills and excellent communication. He/she will have a proven track record of client satisfaction and is motivated to provide superior service.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluation and assessment; Measure windows, doors and baths in wet areas as needed so products can be ordered correctly
- Enter all data into a an iPad using our software accurately
- Assess services and determine time and what parts are needed if not on the service vehicle inventory. Enter photos and data into an iPad
- Company provided work vehicle, tools and fuel provided
- Excellent customer communication skills and desire to grow within our company
- Assist in the warehouse as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required;
- Ability to build strong relationships with the customer and display excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent manner
- Ability to lift to 55 pounds
- Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Computer skills including Microsoft office and use of an iPad
- Knowledgeable about all safety requirements

Pay ranges from $25 to $35 an hour plus company vehicle and fuel card
