Pay & Compensation

$18–$20 per hour (depending on experience) + Commission Opportunities

Employees are paid on an hourly basis for their scheduled shifts and may also earn extra money based on their performance and results on closed projects.

Example Monthly Earnings  (For Illustrative Purposes Only)

  • 30 hours/week:
    • Approx. 120 hours/month
    • Base earnings: $2,160 – $2,400/month
  • 40 hours/week:
    • Approx. 160 hours/month
    • Base earnings: $2,880 – $3,200/month

Additional commission earnings may be available depending on individual performance and project results.

Schedule

The typical shifts available for work are:

Weekday Morning Shift

  • Monday – Thursday or Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Minimum expected hours: 30 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to homeowners and potential clients
  • Contact company-generated leads and follow up on inquiries
  • Qualify potential customers and schedule in-home consultations
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
  • Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
  • Handle inbound calls from interested homeowners
  • Manage reschedules and cancellations when necessary
  • Overcome basic objections and keep calendars filled for the sales team
  • Represent the company professionally when speaking with homeowners
  • Optional: Participate in home shows and local marketing events


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking with homeowners by phone
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Open to coaching and professional development

Preferred (not required):

  • Experience in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or lead generation
  • Experience in the home improvement or construction industry
