Baths By Design is looking for an experienced Part-Time In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners interested in shower and bath remodeling. We are a family-owned company that believes in honesty, integrity, and putting our customers first. We are not a high-pressure sales organization.

Baths By Design is looking for an experienced Part-Time In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners interested in shower and bath remodeling. We are a family-owned company that believes in honesty, integrity, and putting our customers first. We are not a high-pressure sales organization.
Compensation
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- 10% commission on all sales
- 50% paid at contract signing
- 50% paid after installation
- Expected earnings: $3,000–$10,000+ per month, based on approximately a 30% closing ratio
- 1–5 qualified residential appointments per week (more if you desire / available)
- Sales, product and materials training
- A company committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Previous Home Improvement Sales experience is required
- The ability to utilize a tape measure and have some experience in construction
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Own laptop and cell phone
- Self-motivated with an upbeat, enthusiastic personality
- Professional, coachable, and dependable, comfortable working independently
- Ability to work 2 Saturday mornings per month (No Sunday appointments)
Travel throughout our service area:
- Portland to Salem
- Forest Grove/McMinnville to Sandy
