About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, assess their needs, and provide customized remodeling solutions. This is an exciting outside sales opportunity where you'll use innovative technology and design tools to create beautiful bath remodeling projects while helping homeowners improve their living spaces.
Responsibilities
- Present our proven sales process to homeowners using an iPad
- Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads
- Design customized bath solutions using our easy-to-use software
- Deliver pricing presentations and confidently close sales
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Prior in-home sales experience required
- Experience in the bathroom, kitchen remodeling, or home improvement industry preferred
- Ability to successfully close sales during the initial consultation
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly driven to succeed
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced sales environment
