Wet area remodeling installer

What you'll do
- Prep and protect job sites before any work begins — floors and surrounding areas as needed
- Demo and remove existing shower and tub systems cleanly and safely
- Remove debris from home and keep the site clean and organized throughout the job
- Perform any necessary framing, plumbing, and subfloor prep
- Waterproof and prep surfaces before installation
- Install new acrylic wall surrounds and shower and tub systems to manufacturer specifications
- Complete all finishing work — sealing, trim, and final detail — to a high standard
- Be the face of SAAD in customers' homes — communicate clearly and leave a great impression
What you'll bring
- 2–4 years of wet area remodeling or related installation experience
- Hands-on knowledge of shower and tub systems, waterproofing, and drain work
- Experience with framing, acrylic panel systems, and or plumbing
- Sharp attention to detail — you notice what others miss and fix it before anyone has to ask
- A professional, customer-first attitude — you're in people's homes every day
- Strong attendance, reliability, and a positive attitude that lifts the team
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50–80 lbs regularly and work in physically demanding conditions
