Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and work from architectural drawings and specifications

• Lead the installation of kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets, vanities, and custom millwork

• Frame, cut, and install wood, drywall, and finish materials with precision

• Collaborate with plumbers, electricians, and project managers on-site

• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and deliver top-quality finishes

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience in residential carpentry

• Strong expertise in kitchen and bathroom renovations

• Ability to handle full installations from demolition to final finish

• Solid understanding of tools, materials, and building codes

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
